August's session will include a mini lecture from Dr. Lynda McCarthy, from the Faculty of Science, who will present a brief overview of Great Lakes pollution, including its history and the current issues, her research on the development of a "miners canary" to assess toxic impact, and "citizen scientists" and the valuable information they bring to the table today.

Ryerson’s Student Recruitment team will provide a tutorial on hosting engaging virtual events, and share their experience and highlight key takeaways for hosting successful virtual events.
