Faculty of Arts: Get to know International Economics and Finance, Language and Intercultural Relations, Philosophy
International Economics and Finance
In the International Economics and Finance program, you’ll explore the interconnectedness of worldwide markets and acquire and cultivate the economic skills necessary to make strategic decisions from an informed global perspective.
Language and Intercultural Relations
This unique program will help you understand and facilitate communication between cultures. You can choose one of three concentrations in French or Spanish: language and cognition, translation or organizational behaviour. Intercultural empathy is the key to understanding today’s world while preparing for tomorrow. The linguistic fluency and cultural intelligence you gain will prepare you to tackle the challenges of the future.
Philosophers ask the fundamental questions that have been contemplated for centuries
and remain relevant today. What is the purpose of life? What do we owe to each other, to society and the environment? What is the nature of truth, knowledge, power and justice? Join the Philosophy session to explore how you can develop the knowledge and analytical skills needed to make a difference in today’s society.
We look forward to seeing you at RU: Virtual Open House, taking place between November 22 - 27 & November 29 - December 4.
