Faculty of Arts: Get to know English, Politics and Governance, Geographic Analysis
English
In the English program, you will learn how the study of literature – including stories, poems, graphic novels, diaries, zines, films, and online blogs – animates your experience of diverse identities, cultures and time periods.

Politics and Governance
The study of Politics and Governance teaches us to question the role of government in society
and how it relates to social justice, democracy, citizenship and human rights. You’ll graduate with the knowledge and skills needed to critically analyze and address our social, economic, environmental and governmental challenges and help society navigate our increasingly complex world.

Geographic Analysis
Understanding the complex interconnections between people and their natural and built environments is the focus of geographic inquiry. Our Geographic Analysis program is uniquely designed to prepare you for the professional workplace, for example, by using state-of-the-art technology in geographic information systems (GIS).

We look forward to seeing you at RU: Virtual Open House, taking place between November 22 - 27 & November 29 - December 4.
